Try On My Crown® is a virtual wig try-on service that uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic previews of how wigs would look on you. The Service allows you to:

• Browse our wig catalog
• Generate AI-powered try-on previews
• Download and share your try-on results

User Responsibilities

Photo Upload Requirements

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
• Not upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI technology
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content

All content on Try On My Crown®, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, wig images, and software, is the property of MLD Print & More LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Generated Images

The AI-generated try-on images created using our Service are provided for your personal use. You may download and share these images, but you may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy of AI-generated try-on previews
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Important: Our AI-generated previews are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a wig would look in real life. Colors, textures, and fit may vary. We recommend trying on actual wigs before making a purchase decision.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MLD PRINT & MORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your information

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLD Print & More LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

Termination
